Her Optimal Health is a 3 month holistic nutrition and wellness coaching programme focusing on restoring and transforming four core pillars of your health: gut health, hormone health, energy/metabolism and mood. We explore your diet, habits, lifestyle and emotions to find the root causes of your imbalances and unpeel the layers that are impacting you. We use lab testing to get the scientific data. I then use a blend of nutrition, supplements, breathwork and lifestyle and mindset changes, completely tailored to your needs. It is a journey of restoration and transformation to help you embody your full wellness.

We kick start with a 90 minute online consultation, diving deep into your symptoms and building a complete picture of your health, diet, mindset and lifestyle. I then provide you with your first Nutrition + Wellness plan with BONUS recipes, supplement recommendations, meditation techniques and lifestyle changes.
Over the next 4 months, we meet monthly over Zoom for 1 hour. We also have a 30 minute phone call check in between sessions to see how you are getting on and to provide you with any support you may be needing. I am keeping a thorough track on scientific nutrition research to bring you the best, most up to date health protocols.
Following each session, I refine, tweak and develop your plan depending on how you are doing and feeling. Testing such as stool testing or hormone testing may take place if needed which can guide our work even more closely.
All the way through I am helping you with your mindset, your routines, your lifestyle, your habits and helping you embody a glowing version of yourself. Your new way of living becomes your lifestyle.
